Official Transcript

LAU students can submit an official transcript request through E-Requests.

The official transcript presents a detailed record of all the courses a student has studied along with their related grades, segregated by term. This transcript is signed and sealed.

Official transcript requests are fulfilled in 3 or 4 working days.

However, for those who graduated before the year 2000, official transcript requests require 2–3 weeks to be prepared.

NB: Students can generate an unofficial transcript through Banner at no cost. Please note that the unofficial transcript is not signed by the Registrar’s Office and does not contain the LAU seal. Hence, it is generally not accepted by third parties.
