Online Advising and Registration for Summer 2026/Fall 2026

Dear Students,

Below are some important dates and notes for the upcoming Summer 2026/Fall 2026 Advising and Registration.

  1. Summer 2026/Fall 2026 course offerings will be available as of April 01 at https://banweb.lau.edu.lb/prod/bwckschd.p_disp_dyn_sched
  2. Advising for Summer 2026/Fall 2026 is from April 07 to April 30.

All students who have completed less than 24 credits at LAU (including currently registered credits) must complete the advising form and send it for approval.

In addition, students enrolled in the following undergraduate programs must complete the advising process irrespective of number of credits completed: Pharmacy, Engineering (all), freshman program , Chemistry, Applied Physics, Mathematics, Political Science/International Affairs, Education, Multimedia Journalism, Communication, TV and Film, English, Translation, and Performing Arts.

Complete your advising form and click on “Send Form for Approval”. Once your assigned advisor approves it, you will receive a confirmation email.

  1. Summer 2026 dates:
    1. Registration (current students) is from April 14 to April 17.
    2. Professional-year pharmacy students register on June 02 -03
  2. Fall 2026 dates
    1. Payment of Deposit is from March 24 to April 09
    2. Phase 1 Registration is from April 24 – April 30 (for students who have paid deposit)
    3. Phase 2 Registration is from July 13 – July 17 (for students who have paid deposit)
    4. Professional-year pharmacy students register on August 21 -24
    5. You can register according to the dates specified for your class (i.e. Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior) as per the attached Advising & Registration Schedule. You can find your class on the right hand side of the “My courses” tab on your portal.

Notes:

  1. Your Faculty Advisor will assist you during the advising period (from April 07 to April 30) and his/her name is on the “My school” tab on your portal.
  2. Academic Advisors at the Dean of Students offices will assist you from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (except on holidays). To contact them, click here

  4. Students with financial holds need to contact the Business office to clear their hold.
