Course Registration for Spring 2026
Dear Students,
Online course registration for Spring 2026 will be available from January 12 to January 21 as noted on the academic calendar, during the Drop/Add and Late Registration period.
You will be able to submit Course Override Permission requests for course prerequisites, college, curriculum, student class, and capacity restrictions.
Key Dates:
a) Accessing the Override Request Forms: Starting January 12, you can submit your override requests via the Student Portal (My Courses > Registrar’s Office Forms > Override Permission Request).
b) Restriction Overrides (January 12–18): You can submit requests for prerequisite, college, curriculum, and student class overrides, but NOT for class capacity.
c) Capacity Overrides (January 19 & 20): Requests for capacity overrides (i.e. closed sections) will only be available on January 19 & 20 (until 4:00 pm).
d) January 21: You won’t be able to submit new requests, but you can still register for courses with approved overrides.
Process Details:
a) Submitting Requests: You can submit one request per course section at a time. If the chairperson hasn’t acted on your request, you can’t submit another for the same course.
b) Approval: Chairpersons will review and approve/reject requests. You will be notified by email once a decision is made.
c) Registration: If your override request is approved, log in to Banner > Student Services & Financial Aid>Registration>Add/Drop Classes > enter the course’s CRN > click “Submit Changes”.

Dear Students,
Please be advised that proof of registration (enrollment statements / إفادة متابعة) for the Spring 2026 semester may be requested after the first installment of your tuition for Spring 2026 has been successfully paid.
The collection of statements of fees for Spring 2026 starts on Friday, January 23, 2026 and ends on Monday, February 2, 2026.
Important:
- Any requests submitted before tuition payment (or first installment payment) will either be postponed until after the required payment is completed, or will be processed as proof of registration for the previous semester (Fall 2025) if any comment exists.
- To avoid delays of processing, students are strongly encouraged to complete their payment or first installment (once the statement of fees is posted on Portal) before submitting a request for the needed enrollment.
- You will be notified by email once your document has been processed.
