Commencement Ceremony

Students who fulfilled their requirements will receive an email from the Dean of Students Office specifying the commencement ceremony details, including the date, time, cap and gown, alumni ID, etc.

There are separate commencement ceremonies for each campus. Accordingly, students graduating in the same academic year (i.e. summer, fall, and spring) march in the same commencement ceremony of their campus.

Students can only participate in the commencement ceremony of the campus of their graduation (e.g. a Byblos student can only participate in the Byblos commencement ceremony).

Online students usually participate in the Beirut commencement ceremony, unless specified otherwise (engineering students will march on the Byblos campus until further notice).

The Dean of Students’ Office updates the commencement website with all the necessary details.
